“We've had several issues taken care of by Flynn over the years. They are great with getting out here in a timely manner and do a great job of explaining and showing what the issue is that causes the problem. I also appreciate that while I'm not a plumber, I've always been spoken to without condescension or annoyance for questions, like often happens in other services. They came out once to assess a problem to which they didn't have an answer (ended up referring is to a septic place which ended up redoing the seepage pit) and only charged for the scope and not all the additional checking he had to do. Will definitely continue to use them.”
